When you visit SolidLG, we and our service providers place small text files on your device called “cookies”. Some browsers and devices also let us use similar storage technologies (like localStorage). This policy describes what we use, why, and how you can change your preferences.
Your choice at a glance: We only load non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing) after you grant permission in the cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page.
Required for the site to function. These cannot be turned off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as filling in forms or setting your language preference.
Helps us understand how the site is used in aggregate — which pages are visited, where people drop off, how fast pages load. We use this to improve the Service. Analytics cookies do not identify you personally.
Lets us measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and, where you opt in, show you relevant content on partner sites. Off by default.
In addition to HTTP cookies, we use browser localStorage to remember your cookie preferences across visits. We also use Sentry's error-monitoring tooling to capture details of site errors; when you grant analytics consent, Sentry may record a short session replay of an error so we can reproduce it. Replays mask all text and user input by default to protect privacy.
Click “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page, or reopen the cookie banner from our Privacy Policy, to change your analytics or marketing choice at any time.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that essential cookies are required for the site to work; blocking them may break the intake flow.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an automatic opt-out of non-essential cookies. No further action is required on our site.
There is no consistent industry standard for Do Not Track (DNT). We do not currently change our behavior in response to DNT browser signals but we do honor GPC, as described above.
When you click through to a licensed insurance partner from SolidLG, that partner will set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Those cookies are not controlled by SolidLG. We encourage you to review the partner's policies before continuing.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as our practices or the regulatory landscape evolve. We will change the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (for example, by prompting you to review your preferences).
