Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using SolidLG (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SolidLG is a consumer-facing digital experience operated by SolidLG, Inc. (“SolidLG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We help consumers understand term life insurance options and, when requested, match them with a licensed insurance partner.
SolidLG is not an insurer. We do not underwrite, issue, or bind insurance coverage. Coverage is offered by licensed insurance partners and underwritten by insurance carriers. Your eligibility, coverage amount, rate class, and final premium are determined by the issuing carrier after full underwriting.
Illustrations are not quotes. Any pricing range, “fit” summary, or sample premium shown on the Service is illustrative, based on the information you provided, and does not represent an offer of insurance, a rate lock, or a guarantee of eligibility.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet those requirements and that you are requesting information for yourself or for a person you are legally authorized to represent.
SolidLG does not require you to create an account. Information you provide through the intake flow is used to generate your fit summary and, if you choose to continue, to introduce you to a licensed insurance partner. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information may affect your eligibility with an insurance carrier and may violate applicable insurance law.
You agree not to:
The Service, including its content, design, source code, and trademarks, is owned by SolidLG or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
The Service may include content or links from third parties, and may introduce you to licensed insurance partners who offer and administer insurance products. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of third parties. If you continue from SolidLG to a partner, your relationship with that partner and any carrier is governed by their own terms and privacy notice, which we link at the point of handoff.
By providing your email address and, where applicable, your phone number, you consent to receive electronic communications from us and our partners related to your inquiry. This may include text messages and phone calls, including those made using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing privacy@solidlg.ai. Providing a phone number is not a condition of obtaining a fit summary.
The content on the Service is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not insurance, tax, legal, or financial advice. Use of the Service does not create an agent-client, broker-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship with SolidLG. For advice specific to your situation, speak with a licensed insurance professional in your state.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidLG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information, estimate, or illustration shown on the Service will be accurate, complete, or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidLG and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolidLG and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
You and SolidLG agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (a “Dispute”) will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that (i) you may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and (ii) either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to stop unauthorized use or abuse of the Service or infringement of intellectual property rights.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration will be the county in which you reside, unless you and SolidLG agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. You and SolidLG agree that any Dispute will be resolved on an individual basis. Class arbitrations, class actions, representative actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not permitted.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing privacy@solidlg.ai with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out”. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of Section 12.
We may modify or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide notice (for example, by posting an updated “Effective” date and, where appropriate, by more prominent notice on the Service). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to SolidLG, other users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law) will survive.
